Locker collection is a lower cost alternative delivery method for your order. If you have selected locker collection, your order will be automatically delivered to the lockers located at your school ready for collection once a week (timings may vary for school holidays and public holidays) Please refer back to your confirmation email for the specific day relevant to your order.
You will receive an email to your registered email address once it has been deposited with the relevant code for collection. Please keep an eye on the JUNK/SPAM mail as sometimes your locker deposit email may end up in here.
To collect your order, you simply select COLLECT on the touch screen of the locker and enter your 4 digit order number (without the KPSS) the associated locker will pop open with your order inside. Please ensure the locker door is closed properly after collection.
