or if you see our chat bubble anywhere on our shop page, you can access through the Track and manage my orders tab from our live chat.
For UAE orders:
Standard Delivery
With our standard shipping, we offer next day delivery for orders placed before 4pm (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 4pm will not be processed until the next working day and then delivered the following working day. Our couriers take a break on Sundays, so there will be no orders processed or delivered on this day.
Locker Collection
For locker collection, the cut off time for the order to be placed is Wednesday at 4pm. Collections can be made on Thursdays after 12pm.
The giant, orange Kapes lockers are located within the school premises, please feel free to ask reception to direct you to the lockers if you need assistance.
For Bahrain orders:
Standard Delivery
We offer standard delivery for orders placed before 4pm (Saturday-Thursday). Orders placed after 4pm will not be processed until the next working day and then delivered within 1-3 days. Our couriers take a break on Friday, so there will be no order processed or delivered on this day.
Locker Collection
For locker collection, the cut off time for the order to be placed is Tuesday at 12pm. Collections can be made on Wednesdays from 12pm.
The giant, orange Kapes lockers are located at the entry doors before you reach reception.
For Oman orders:
Standard Delivery
With our standard shipping, we offer next day delivery for orders placed before 4pm (Saturday-Thursday). Orders placed after 4pm will not be processed until the next working day and then delivered the following working day. Our couriers take a break on Fridays, so there will be no orders processed or delivered on this day.
School Collection
To collect your pre ordered package from the school, please have your order confirmation email ready to present to the school shop assistant.
Orders will be delivered once a week and ready to collect from Tuesday, if the order was placed by 4pm Monday.
School shop timings: Sunday-Thursday 10am-4pm
For Saudi orders:

Our couriers take a break on Fridays, so there will be no orders processed or delivered on this day.
School Collection
To collect your pre ordered package from the school, please have your order confirmation email ready to present to the school shop assistant.
Orders will be delivered once a week and ready to collect from Tuesday, if the order was placed by 4pm Monday.
